Updates to the Title VI Program as adopted in April 2016, to ensure the Transportation Department complies with the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The City's Title VI Program focuses on fair and equitable access by the public and procedures for filing, investigating and successfully resolving Title VI complaints.
The following reflect the changes made to the current program, which includes the updated address and contact information for the transportation department within the plan and on the public notices.
Updated Limited English Proficiency Plan (LEP) to include 2020 US census data on languages spoken at home.
Update Complaint Log, no complaints received in FY2022.
Updated FTA Title VI Specific Requirements, to included data relating to changes to the fixed route system and implementation of the on-demand service.
