With this Agreement, General Services Department will purchase one Fire Battalion Truck as a replacement for an existing truck which is at the end of its life expectancy. This purchasing agreement is made in accordance with TIPS Cooperative Contract No. 240901, of which, Lake Country Chevrolet is an authorized vendor.
