This item is to execute a 13 month lease with Kalahari to utilize the old Utilities and Transportation building at 2008 Enterprise. The term of the lease is from December 1, 2019 - December 31, 2020, and monthly rent will be $1. All maintenance and operational expenses of the facility will be the responsibility of Kalahari.Kalahari will use the main building and a small secondary building on the same property for office use and storage space for items associated with the Kalahari Resort being built in Round Rock, which will open in Fall of 2020.City functions have moved to their new building, so this lease has no negative impact on City operations.
