Title

Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement for Pass-Through Wastewater Service with Siena Municipal Utility District No. 1, Siena Municipal Utility District No. 2, and Sunrise Montessori of Round Rock, LLC.

Body

Sunrise Montessori of Round Rock is redeveloping the property located at 60 Limmer Loop. The wastewater generated from this property will pass through the collection system of the Siena Municipal Utility District (MUD) before entering the City of Round Rock’s wastewater collection system.  This Pass-through agreement is between Sunrise Montessori of Round Rock, Siena MUD, and the City of Round Rock.  This agreement is needed before the City can provide wastewater service to Sunrise Montessori of Round Rock.

The City of Round Rock’s participation in this agreement is very limited. The agreement is primarily to ensure Siena MUD of their number of living unit equivalents as stipulated in their Water/Wastewater Agreement with the City will be unaffected by this Pass-through agreement.  There is no cost to the City associated with this agreement.
